Davao trade expo to showcase Taiwanese products

DAVAO CITY –This city will host a trade and investment exposition showcasing Taiwanese products on October 19, coinciding with the 2018 Taiwan Trade & Investment Delegation Meeting here.

Debbie Gail Laburada, Mindanao Business Council, Inc. (MinBC) special events and projects officer, on Friday said the event will include business matching activities between Davao and Taiwanese businessmen.

Laburada said the business matching activities are grouped into four clusters - skincare, cosmetics, and hair care involving Dong An BioTech for hair dye products; Linker Global, Inc. for the famous “Firdo” brand; Taiwan Funung Cosmetic Works for facemasks, baby cleaning products, and others.

The second cluster consists of powerhouse companies selling electronic hardware products, such as Freenwon Technology and Morishita for indoor-outdoor LED lightings; Jeng International Trading for homogeneous and heterogeneous vinyl sheets; while Primocase Tech will feature camera products, network camera, and network video recorder.

Forming the third cluster are agricultural and industrial distributors - the Chang Shen Machinery will feature from seamers to can-making and machinery parts such us seismic monitoring systems; while Charger Mechatronic's Servo will be on motor, drive, and controller.
