LEGAZPI CITY --- Anti-narcotics operatives collared three suspected drug pushers and seized from them PHP178,000 worth of shabu in a drug raid on Thursday morning in a coastal village here, a ranking official of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) in Bicol said.

Christian Frivaldo, acting director of PDEA-Bicol, identified the suspects as Michael, James, and Paul Michael, all surnamed Decano, and residents of Barangay San Roque, this city.

The operatives, armed with a search warrant, swooped down on the house of the Decanos at about 6 a.m. and arrested the three, recovering 27 grams of shabu with a street value of PHP178,000.

Frivaldo said the suspects are considered high-value targets (HVT) on the PDEA watch list.

He said the suspects who are now behind bars, had been the subject of drug crackdown but were able to evade arrest in several operations in the past.    (PNA)
