DRUG REHAB CENTER. Department of Health Calabarzon Director Eduardo Janairo delivers his opening remarks during the groundbreaking ceremony for the Calabarzon Treatment and Rehabilitation Center for Illegal Drug Users in Trece Martires, Cavite on Thursday (July 19, 2018). The Health Department, in cooperation with the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and the Cavite provincial government, will build the project as part of the province's support to the rehabilitation of drug dependents and to reintegrate them into the society.
