Dela Cruz, Licensing Officer II, of the Department of Health (DOH) CALABARZON's Regulation Licensing and Enforcement Division, enumerates the various standard designs and requirements needed for birthing home facilities, during the DOH CALABARZON three-day Collaborative Planning Workshop on Quality Operational Management of City Health Offices, Rural Health Units, and Barangay Health Stations in Cavite province.
