MANILA - -Philippine Savings Bank (PSBank) is encouraging account holders in several branches nationwide to transact ahead of the bank’s deposit system upgrade scheduled from 10 p.m. of Nov. 3 up to 5 a.m. of Nov. 6, 2017.

In a statement Monday, the thrift banking arm of Metrobank said affected account holders are those from Metro Manila branches as well as branches in Pampanga-Guagua; Batangas-Santo Tomas; Cebu-Carbon; and Davao-Monteverde.

Account holders from these branches will not be able to access their accounts through the automated teller machines (ATMs) of both PSBank and other banks, the PSBank Mobile, PSBank Online, the corporate internet banking, electronic credit (E-Credit), and point-of-sale (POS) machines.

The bank said all the PSBank Flexi Personal Loan Accounts are also not accessible through any ATMs or POS.

“Payment of propriety billers – PSBank Loan, Metrobank and PSBank Credit Cards, Maynila, PLDT, Smart & Sun, AXA, FAMI, Sumisho, etc. – is also NOT AVAILABLE,” it said.

PSBank said affected account holders may call the bank’s Customer Experience Hotline, ‎02-845-8888, and the chat service, PSBank LiveChat, through www.psbank.com.ph, for any inquiries. (PNA)
