About 600 people gathered at the event. They include industry associations, TVET providers, TESDA directors, and other stakeholders.
At the forum, Mamondiong highlighted the agency's goal to strengthen the people's trust in the country's TVET system.

According to him, among those who benefit from TVET are high school graduates, career shifters, underemployed, among others.

"Even college or post-graduate students may consider TVET as a step for a better and more productive life," he said. (PNA)
