MANILA -- The Commission on Elections (Comelec) reminded the public that off-site/satellite registration are only for residents of a particular barangay where the election-related activities are ongoing.

The poll body noted that applicants should only visit satellite registrations conducted by the Offices of Election Officers (OEOs) in their area.

"It should be by your local Comelec office, where you are a resident," said the Comelec on its Twitter account in response to a query.

Earlier, the poll body released the schedule of offsite/satellite registration to be held in different areas in Metro Manila this month. For the schedules, the public may visit the poll body’s Facebook page.
