DAVAO CITY -- Nathan “Palos” Bolcio will face Roldan “The Cobra” Aldea for the vacant Philippine Lightweight crown on February 11 at the Flash Grand Ballroom of the Elorde Sports Complex, Paranaque City.

Bolcio (14W-13L-3D, 4 KOs) previously fought but lost for the vacant WBC Asian Boxing Council super featherweight title to Defry Palulu by a technical decision in the 5th round in Jakarta, Indonesia last May 20.

The 27-year-old native of Kapangan, Benguet has been training at the Highland Boxing Gym in La Trinidad, Benguet.

He last won via a unanimous decision against Rex Olisa in Mandaluyong City on March 5.

Aldea, on the other hand, scored a 4th round knockout against Warren Mambuanag in his lone outing last year at the Flash Grand Ballroom.

Aldea (11W-4L-1D, 5 KOs) is a southpaw from the Elorde Gym. He is a native of Kabankalan City in Negros Occidental.

The boxing card is promoted by Gabriel “Bebot” Elorde Jr. of the Elorde International Productions and Takashi Misako of Misako Promotions.

It will also have three exciting bouts featuring fighters from the Philippines against Japan. Floryvic Montero (3W-3L-0D, 1KO) of Angeles City will face Shione Ogata (8W-6L-0D, 2KOs) of Toyonaka for the vacant WBC Asia female light flyweight crown.

The other pairs are lightweight Naotoshi Nakatani (11W-1L-0D, 7 KOs) of Osaka against Al Toyogon (5W-2L-1D, 2 KOs) of Gingoog City for 6 rounds and super flyweight Ryosuke Nasu (8W-2L-3D, 2 KOs) of Osaka versus Ricardo “Smiley” Sueno (5W-2L-3D, 2 KOs) of Sagay City for 8 rounds.
