TOKYO -- Amid Shibuya's rapid urban evolution and increasing demand from inbound tourists, the Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel in Shibuya, Tokyo has renovated and reopened the BELLOVISTO Tower's bar on the hotel's 40th floor.
Themed around delicious food, splendid drinks, and music, the bar is entirely a non-smoking area.
It features a diverse layout to support guests from all over the world, provides jazz-based entertainment, and offers world-class hospitality, the hotel management said.
Highlights of the renovation include a wide view of the Shibuya Scramble Crossing, the Tokyo Tower, and Mount Fuji.
Also highlighting the charm of Japanese whiskey, the hotel presents whiskeys in Edo Kiriko glasses, with its very own barrel-shaped, logo-embellished ice.
Receiving guests from all over the world, the hotel provides various layouts for every situation.
A special event called "Star Tender Event" would be held twice to celebrate the renovation—Oct. 22 and Nov. 26, 2018.
A dreamlike competitive performance by the world's top-class bartenders, where patrons can enjoy the magnificent world of bartending, would then be held, with Shingo Gokan, founder and bartender of The SG Club, other bartenders invited from his network, and Shigeki Yoshida, chief bartender of BELLOVISTO.
The Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel is ISO 14001-certified and aims to be a hotel that respects people and the environment.
