MANILA -- PHINMA Corp. President and Chief Executive Officer Ramon del Rosario received the "Business as a Noble Vocation Award" at the UNIAPAC World Congress 2018 in Lisbon, Portugal last Nov. 24.

UNIAPAC International launched the Business as a Noble Vacation Award to recognize the dedication of business leaders who see beyond their company's bottom-line.

Del Rosario's recognition by UNIAPAC International arose from PHINMA’s involvement in helping the marginalized, while playing an active role in the civil society.

PHINMA’s businesses are in education, energy, housing, hotels, steel products, and strategic consulting.

Del Rosario noted that PHINMA Education Network provides quality yet highly affordable education that empowers students to succeed the academe and later, in the workplace.

Aside from his leadership in PHINMA, del Rosario also led the Integrity Initiative in the country, promoting good governance and integrity among Filipino businesses.

UNIAPAC or the International Christian Union of Business Executives is a non-profit association based in Paris, France. It gathers Christian business leaders from 38 nations worldwide. (PNA)
