MANILA -- Low-cost airline AirAsia Group on Friday announced 5 million seats are up for grabs in its "big sale" slated on June 17-19.
"(The Group) is having a big sale this June because we would like to give back to our loyal customers, and also to give people more reasons to travel with their friends and family," AirAsia Philippines chief executive officer Dexter Comendador told the Philippine News Agency (PNA).
In the Philippines, travelers can book domestic flights for as low as PHP16, and international flights for as low as PHP316.
Comendador clarified that the promo applies even to non-members of its loyalty program, BIG.
"It is open to everyone. However, the 'big sale' allows BIG members to book (their tickets) earlier on June 16, as they have a 24-hour priority booking and special low fares," he said.
Non-members may book their tickets on June 17-20, for travel period between Nov. 1, 2019 and Sept. 8, 2020. (PNA)
