PAL provides replacement, retimed Manila-HK flights

MANILA -- Amid the ongoing protest actions at the Hong Kong International Airport, flag carrier Philippine Airlines (PAL) will provide replacement flights and had also retimed some flights between Manila and Hong Kong scheduled for Wednesday.

Passengers of the cancelled PR 306/307 Manila-Hong Kong-Manila flights will be accommodated in PR 5306/5307 Manila-Hong Kong-Manila replacement flights.

Some of the carrier's flights were retimed: PR 310 Manila-Hong Kong (to depart 10 p.m. instead of 7 p.m.) and PR 311 Hong Kong Manila (to depart 1:25 a.m. Thursday instead of 10:25 p.m. Wednesday).

Other flights will run as scheduled: PR 313, PR 301, PR 319 Hong Kong-Manila, and PR 300, PR 318, PR 312 Manila-Hong Kong.

The carrier advises the public to remain vigilant of their surroundings, and to avoid areas where protesters may converge.

Meanwhile, as per the Manila International Airport Authority, Cathay Pacific flights CX 906/907, CX 934/935 Manila-Hong Kong-Manila, CX 913 Hong Kong-Manila, and Cebu Pacific flight 5J 115 Hong Kong-Manila were cancelled on Wednesday. (PNA)
