MANILA – Filipino-founded International School of Applied Social Sciences (ISASS) is encouraging Filipinos to invest in a European-accredited diploma, particularly those seeking to migrate to Europe.

Elizabeth Soliday-Naui, ISASS president, said the school is offering courses that would serve as a platform for Filipino learners to be more competitive in the European job market and beyond.

"Earning a European-accredited diploma with European credits place our Filipino graduates in a more competitive position in terms of job placement. On top of that, going back to school and better understanding the sociology and culture of their host country fast-tracks their assimilation process," she said in an interview recently.

Earlier, ISASS held their graduation ceremonies in Paris and Madrid, two "highly emotional events" as Soliday-Naui described, since many of the graduates have not finished college back in the Philippines but are now holding a European-accredited diploma.

"A lot of them are fulfilling the dreams of their family and so they offered their diploma to them. Many of our learners also belong to the older generation and yet they will able to prove that educating oneself knows no age. They were able to be at par with their much younger classmates," she said.

ISASS is offering diploma courses with 60 European credits. Lifelong learners can register to any of their two offered courses: Diploma in International Service Management and Diploma in International Business Development.

ISASS serves as the learning center of Unies Business School at the Unies Education Group (Switzerland-Germany-Poland).
