MANILA -- Partly cloudy to cloudy skies and isolated rains will continue to prevail over most parts of the archipelago on Wednesday.
Ezra Bulquerin, a weather specialist of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), said the tail-end of a cold front affecting the eastern section of Southern Luzon will bring isolated rain showers and thunderstorms over Quezon and the Camarines provinces.
The northeasterly surface wind flow affecting northern and central Luzon, on the other hand, will cause isolated light rains over the Cagayan Valley, Ilocos, and Cordillera regions.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms.
Moderate to strong winds will blow over the eastern section of Luzon, where coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate with slight to moderate seas.
Bulquerin said PAGASA does not see a low-pressure area that may develop or affect the country in the next three to five days. (PNA)
