MANILA – Warm and humid weather will prevail over the whole archipelago on Thursday, as the easterlies affect the eastern section of Visayas and Mindanao, a weather specialist said.
Ariel Rojas of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said Luzon may experience thunderstorms in the afternoon or evening, and rains that may last for two hours.
The Visayas may also likely to experience thunderstorms in the afternoon, he added.
Rojas said Mindanao may have strong or severe thunderstorms. Floods are possible due to rains that may last for more than two hours, he said.
Light to moderate winds with slight to moderate seas will prevail over the whole country.
Rojas said PAGASA does not see low pressure area that may develop or enter the country in the next three to five days. (PNA)
