ANGELES CITY, Pampanga – Police authorities arrested three suspected drug pushers and seized some PHP1.39 million worth of shabu in a buy-bust in Barangay Balibago here on Thursday.
Col. Joyce Patrick Sangalang, director of the Angeles City Police Office, identified the suspects as Sunny Pelle of Barangay Balibago, Ashraf Tumawis, and Michael Garcia, both residents of Barangay Lourdes Northwest.
Based on the police report, the poseur buyer was able to buy shabu from the suspects, which led to their arrest.
Confiscated from the suspects were a heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing shabu; two knots tied transparent plastic sachets of shabu with an estimated weight of 205 grams and Dangerous Drug Board (DDB) value of PHP1.39 million and PHP1,000 marked money
The suspects will be charged with the violation of Republic Act 9165, the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. (PNA)
