In an advisory, PCSO general manager Royina Garma said the winner bagged the PHP21,272,518.20 jackpot prize in the regular Lotto 6/42 draw.

Meanwhile, 82 bettors who guessed five out of the six-digit winning combination -- 16-03-11-26-25-09 -- won second prize and will receive PHP24,000 each.
