MANILA – The intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) affecting Mindanao will bring scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over the island, the weather bureau said Friday.
Flash floods or landslides during moderate to at times heavy rains are possible, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) warned.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will continue to experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers.
This weather condition is caused by the easterlies and localized thunderstorms.
Light to moderate winds and slight to moderate seas still prevail over the entire archipelago, PAGASA said. (PNA)
