Almost 80% of BJMP personnel in Caraga jabbed

BUTUAN CITY – Almost 80 percent of the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) personnel in Region 13 (Caraga) have already received their coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) vaccines.

In a report on Monday, the BJMP-13 said that 79.74 percent or 925 of the 1,160 BJMP-13 personnel have already been inoculated with Covid-19 vaccines as of Monday.

“Of the total number of personnel vaccinated, 734 have already completed their second dose while 191 are vaccinated with the first dose of Covid-19 vaccines,” the BJMP-13 said.

In Agusan del Norte, a total of 182 BJMP personnel have already been vaccinated, 168 with the second dose and 14 with the first dose. In Agusan del Sur, 163 personnel have already been vaccinated, with 117 considered fully inoculated and 46 with the first dose.

Agusan del Norte has 195 BJMP personnel, while Agusan del Sur has 179.

The report added that of the 250 personnel in Surigao del Norte, 226 have already received their vaccines, 203 of whom with the second dose and 23 with the first dose. At least 200 of the 232 personnel In Surigao del Sur are already inoculated, with 128 having completed their doses and 72 with the first dose.

Out of the 61 personnel in the province of Dinagat Islands, 34 are fully vaccinated while 15 with the first dose.

The agency also said that of the 242 personnel assigned at the regional office here, 105 are already vaccinated -- 84 are considered fully vaccinated and 21 with the first dose. (PNA)
