BACOLOD CITY – Some PHP7.582 million in suspected shabu were seized by operatives of Bacolod City Police Office from two suspects in separate buy-busts here Sunday night and Monday morning.

In Barangay Singcang-Airport, Raffy Cardeñas, 37, was arrested after transacting with a poseur-buyer in Purok Kahirup at past 12:40 a.m. on Monday.

Tagged as a high-value individual (HVI), he sold a big sachet of the prohibited substance worth PHP10,500 and also yielded 20 big sachets containing shabu weighing about 105 grams.

The seized items were valued at PHP714,000, or PHP6,800 per gram.
