MANILA – A lone bettor from Isabela province bagged the PHP32,075,959.80 jackpot prize in Thursday night's Lotto 6/42 draw.

In an advisory Friday, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) said the lucky bettor guessed the winning combination of 42-18-26-35-02-19.

The ticket was bought in Santiago City, Isabela.

The bettor can claim the check at the PCSO main office in Mandaluyong City upon presentation of the winning ticket and two identification cards.

Lotto winnings of over PHP10,000 shall be subject to a 20-percent tax under the Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion law.

A total of 40 won PHP24,000 each for guessing five out of the six winning digits; 1,951 will get PHP800 each for four correct digits, and 31,767 will settle for PHP20 each for three correct digits.

Prizes not claimed within a year shall be forfeited.

The 6/42 Lotto is drawn every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

This is the third time this month that a sole bettor bagged the jackpot prize of the government’s lottery game.

Last August 5, a bettor who bought the ticket in Taytay, Rizal bagged the PHP163 million jackpot prize of Ultra Lotto 6/58 draw while last August 2, a bettor in Bulacan became an instant millionaire after guessing the six-digit winning combination of the Super Lotto 6/49 draw bagging the jackpot prize of PHP15.84 million.

The public is urged to keep on patronizing the products of PCSO as a large chunk of its revenues goes to charity programs. (PNA)
