CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga – The second most wanted person in Central Luzon was arrested during a manhunt operation in the province of Rizal on Wednesday.
In his report on Thursday, Brig. Gen. Cesar Pasiwen identified fugitive as John Mark Del Rosario, of Barangay Minuyan Proper, City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan.
Pasiwen said personnel of the San Jose Del Monte City police, Regional Intelligence Unit 3, Bulacan Provincial Intelligence Team, Rizal Municipal police, and other operating units, served a warrant of arrest against Del Rosario in Barangay San Jose, Rodriguez, Rizal for murder.
The warrant of arrest was issued by Judge Crisostomo Javier Dañguilan of Regional Trial Court Branch 21, Malolos City, Bulacan, with no bail recommended.
Pasiwen lauded the operating teams for the arrest of the suspect.
“The entire Central Luzon Police Force together with other police units continues its intensified campaign to put lawless elements and wanted persons behind the bars of justice and has been maximizing its efforts to eradicate all forms of lawlessness in the region,” he said in a statement. (PNA)
