MANILA – There are at least 36 canceled flights as of 3:07 p.m. Sunday due to inclement weather, the Manila International Airport Authority said.

“Karding” will likely make landfall in the vicinity of the northern portion of Quezon or the southern portion of Aurora tonight. (PNA)
