CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga – Over PHP1-million worth of illegal drugs were seized and three suspected drug peddlers were arrested in an anti-illegal drug operation in Barangay New Asinan, Olongapo City on Tuesday.
In his report on Wednesday, Brig. Gen. CesarPasiwen, Police Regional Office-Central Luzon (PRO3) chief, identified those arrested as Jayvee De Jesus, 31,of Barangay Bajac-Bajac; Ramon Monzaga, 31, of Barangay Mabayuan; and Ronna Marie Dela Vega, 32, of Barangay New Asinan, all in Olongapo City.
Seized from the suspects were five transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu weighing 150 grams with a Dangerous Drug Board value of PHP1,020,000, and PHP1,000 bill marked money.
The suspects will be charged with the violations of Sections 5 and 11, Art. II of Republic Act 9165, the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act. (PNA)
