MANILA – Some areas in Luzon will continue to experience scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to the shear line and easterlies, the weather bureau said Tuesday.

The Bicol Region and the provinces of Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Quirino, Aurora and Quezon may possibly experience flash floods or landslides due to moderate with at times heavy rains, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said in its early morning weather forecast.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have isolated rain showers caused by localized thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough seas will continue to prevail over Northern Luzon.

Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate with slight to moderate seas. (PNA)
