MANILA – Most parts of the country will have overcast skies with rain showers on Saturday, brought by the easterlies and the shear line.

Cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms will prevail over the Eastern Visayas and Bicol regions, as well as Quezon, Aurora, and the southern portion of Palawan due to the easterlies, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) reported in its 4 a.m. weather bulletin.
