DAVAO CITY – The city government is set to implement hybrid processing for the one-stop-shop renewal of the mayor's permit for 2023.

In a statement Tuesday, it said clients who seek to renew their mayor’s permit can do their transactions using either the face-to-face or online systems.

This came after the city’s Business Bureau set up processing in strategic areas of the locality for the renewal of the mayor’s permit that will run in January next year.

"Dabawenyos who already have their tax order of payment or statement of account generated online or through the district treasury office may directly pay at the City Treasurer’s Office main office," the city government said.

It said the processing areas are the Sangguniang Panlungsod building for Poblacion District, Almendras Gym - Talomo and Agdao Districts, NCCC Mall Buhangin - Buhangin District and Calinan Gymnasium for Calinan District.

Also identified as processing sites are the district treasury offices of Baguio, Marilog, Tugbok, Toril, Bunawan and Paquibato.

The city government also urged clients to visit its social media page for online renewal of business permits.

"Dabawenyos may also pay their taxes and regulatory fees online through the Land Bank and also the Development Bank of the Philippines,” it said. (PNA)
