MANILA – Water service interruptions will be experienced in several parts of Caloocan, Navotas and Quezon City from May 1 to May 8 due to network maintenance, the Maynilad Water Services, Inc. announced on Friday.
In Caloocan City, the affected areas from 11 p.m. of May 1 to 4 a.m. of May 2 are Barangays 112, and 122 to 124, specifically in 9th St. corner Quezon Street; Barangays 53 to 55, particularly in J Teodoro corner 7th Avenue; and Barangays 99 to 102 and Balingasa, specifically in 8th Street corner Galino III.
Barangay 14, particularly in Tanigue (west) corner Dagat-Dagatan and Tamban corner Tanigue; and Barangays 160 and 161, specifically in Sto. Niño; Barangay 12, particularly in Salay-Salay corner Salay-Salay Alley 1 & 2 and Lapu-Lapu (northeast) corner Dagat Dagatan; Barangays 25, 29, 30, 32 to 35, specifically in A Mabini (south) corner Dimasalang, will be affected from 11 p.m. of May 2 to 4 a.m. of May 3.
Barangays 93, 97, 98, 101 to 105, 107, 108 and 121, particularly 9th Street corner 7th Avenue, will have water service interruptions from 11 p.m. of May 3 to 4 a.m. of May 4.
Barangay 12, specifically in Sabalo corner Salay-Salay and Kapak Alley corner Salay-Salay Alley 3&4; Barangays 159 and 160, particularly in Old Bayanihan, will be waterless from 11 p.m, of May 4 to 4 a.m. of May 5.
Barangays 93, 97, 98, 101 to 105, 107, 108 and 121, specifically 11th Street corner 11th Avenue, will be affected from 11 p.m. of May 7 to 4 a.m. of May 8.
In Navotas City, Barangay Tanza, particularly in Dahlia Capt. Cruz (left), will be affected from 11 p.m. of May 3 to 4 a.m. of May 4.
Barangay Daanghari, specifically Gov. Pascual corner F. Pascual, will be waterless from 11 p.m. of May 5 to 4 a.m. of May 6.
In Quezon City, Barangay Apolonio Samson, specifically in Kaingin corner Toctocan; and Barangay Mariblo, particularly in De Vera corner Roosevelt will have water interruptions from 10 p.m. of May 2 to 6 a.m. of May 3.
Barangays NS Amoranto, Maharlika and Paang Bundok, specifically along Del Monte corner Speaker Perez will be affected from 10 p.m. of May 3 to 6 a.m. of May 4; while Barangays Batasan Hills and Holy Spirit, particularly along Commonwealth Avenue IFO Wilcon will be waterless from 8 p.m. of May 3 to 8 a.m. of May 4.
Barangays NS Amoranto, Maharlika and Paang Bundok, particularly in A. Bonifacio corner Magnas, will be affected from 10 p.m. of May 4 to 6 a.m. of May 5.
Maynilad advised affected customers to store enough water for the duration of the water interruptions.
Water tankers will be on standby to deliver water to affected areas when necessary. (PNA)
