Asiana to resume Clark-Incheon route June 5

MANILA – South Korea's Asiana Airlines will resume its daily flights between Incheon and Clark beginning June 5, the local airport's management announced Friday.   

Flight OZ 708 will leave Incheon International Airport (ICN) at 2 p.m. and arrive Clark International Airport (CRK). at 7:05 p.m.    

From CRK, flight OZ 707 will leave at 9:55 p.m., arriving ICN at 1:50 a.m.

"We welcome the resumption of Asiana Airlines at CRK. We are happy Asiana Airlines is once again our partner in giving our travelers convenient access to South Korea and beyond," LIPAD chief executive officer Noel Manankil told the Philippine News Agency (PNA).

Luzon International Premier Airport Development Corp. (LIPAD) is the private consortium that manages CRK.

Asiana also flies between South Korea and Manila and Cebu.

At the height of the pandemic, Asiana had to halt its flights between Clark and Incheon due to the slowdown in travel demand amid Covid-19 concerns and travel restrictions. (PNA)
