In its 4 a.m. bulletin, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to easterlies and localized thunderstorms.

PAGASA warned the public of possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds headed east to the northeast will blow over Luzon, with moderate to rough seas.

In the Visayas and Mindanao, winds will be light to moderate blowing east to northeast, with slight to moderate waters.

The temperature ranges between 24.1°C to 33.6°C. (PNA)
