Parts of Manila, Taguig, Pateros, Rizal waterless March 22-24

MANILA – The Manila Water Company (Manila Water) on Monday announced that its customers in some parts of Manila, Taguig and Pateros, and Binangonan, Antipolo and Cainta in Rizal province will experience water interruption due to service improvement activities from March 22 to 24.

In Manila, the affected areas from 10 p.m. of March 22 to 4 a.m. of March 23 are parts of Barangays 764, 769 and 807, specifically in Estrada Street corner Opalo Street; and parts of San Andres, particularly along A. Francisco corner Onyx streets, for line meter and strainer declogging.

In Taguig City, parts of Barangays North Signal and Katuparan will experience water interruption.

In Pateros, parts of Barangays Magtanggol, Tabacalera, San Pedro, Sta. Ana, Aguho, Martirez Del ’96 and San Roque will be affected.

Parts of Barangay Bilibiran in Binangonan, Barangay Mambugan in Antipolo City, and along Sumulong Highway in Barangay San Isidro in Cainta will be also affected.

The company advised residents in these areas to store enough water to supply their needs during the service improvement activities. (with reports from Perfecto Raymundo Jr., PNA)
