MANILA – Malacañang on Tuesday bared a new set of appointments of the administration of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. at the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) and Supreme Court (SC).
The list of new appointments was released on the official Facebook page of the Presidential Communications Office (PCO).
Marcos named Brendan Fulgencio as Jail Chief Superintendent of the BJMP, an agency under the Department of the Interior and Local Government.
Prior to his appointment, Fulgencio was the Regional Director of BJMP Region 2 (Cagayan Valley).
Marcos also appointed officials of the Municipal Circuit Trial Courts, Municipal Trial Courts and Municipal Trial Courts in Cities across the country.

Meanwhile, Marcos also swore in new officials of the National Executive Committee of the National Movement of Young Legislators (NMYL).
On its official Facebook page, the Presidential Communications Office (PCO) shared photos of the oath-taking ceremony held at Malacañan Palace.
“Tiniyak ng Pangulo na suportado ng kaniyang administrasyon ang lahat ng adbokasiya at proyekto na gagawin ng NMYL sa ngalan ng pagkakaisa ng buong pamahaalaan at paglilingkod sa sambayanang Pilipino (The President assured that his administration will support all the advocacy and projects of the NMYL in support of the government and service to the Filipino people),” the PCO said on its Facebook post.
The NMYL is a group of elected local lawmakers in the Philippines who are aged 40 years or younger.
The local lawmakers are elected officials who hold positions such as municipal/city councilor, municipal/city vice mayor, provincial board member, and provincial vice governor. (PNA)
