"Natural resources and biodiversity play an important part in the Philippines' economy. This is why the United States (US) government, through United States Agency International Development (USAID), has been working with national and local governments, the private sector, civil society, and individual communities to strengthen natural and environmental resource management in the country," said United States Ambassador to the Philippines Sung Kim (right) in his message during the USAID-Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) launch of "Protect Wildlife" Project, which aims to help and manage the country's diverse habitats and species held at Sequia Hotel, Mother Ignacia Avenue, Quezon City on Monday (March 6, 2017).
