Iloilo Paraw Regatta Festival -- an annual festival held every February with a sailboat race as its main event -- winners are on display at the Iloilo River as an added attraction for the ongoing 22nd Senior Officials Committee for the ASCC (SOCA) Meeting (March 6 to 9) now being held at at the Iloilo Convention Center in Iloilo City.
