Senator Cynthia Villar tests the Villagepump 500 that yields up to 500 litres of fully purified, cool drinking water that meets WHO standards per hour or over 4m3 per day. Villagepump 500 is fully mechanical and hand-powered. The mechanical components are assembled in a modular manner. The Villagepump 500 is very easy to maintain and exceptionally user-friendly. It is primarily a development, aiming to introduce innovative, patented water purification and sanitation products continually generating new ideas and producing smart solutions for those who need access to affordable clean water.
