PNP internal cleansing tackled at drug policy forum

PNP INTERNAL CLEANSING. Dangerous Drugs Board Chairman Benjamin P. Reyes discusses the ongoing internal cleansing in the Philippine National Police (July 1, 2016 to Jan. 29, 2017) of which the latest to be charged is former PNP AIDG head Superintendent Rafael Dumlao, Senior Police Officer 4 Roy Villegas and SPO3 Ricky Sta. Isabel in connection with the kidnap-slay of Korean businessman Jee Ick Joo.
