PRRD inaugurates Miranda Bridge II in Davao del Norte

President Rodrigo R. Duterte cites the importance of spending for infrastructure development that employs many Filipinos during the inauguration of the Miranda Bridge II connecting the municipality of Carmen and Tagum City in Davao del Norte on Thursday (May 18, 2017). The 650-meter long bridge was widened from two lanes to four lanes to improve transport of agriculture products as well as mass transit along Daang Maharlika Highway crossing Libuganon River. Present during the inauguration were Public Works Secretary Mark Villar; Presidential Assistant Christopher Lawrence Go; Davao del Norte Governor Anthony Rafael del Rosario; House Speaker Pantaleon Alvarez; Davao del Norte Representative Antonio Floirendo Jr.; Tagum City Mayor Allan Rellon; and Carmen Municipal Mayor Viriginia Perandos.
