Barangay Best Sanitation Practices (BBSP) in MIMAROPA

Department of Health Regional Director, Dr. Eduardo C. Janairo of MIMAROPA (Mindoro, Marinduque , Romblon and Palawan) led the awarding ceremony and giving of incentives to local government units that have promoted best sanitation practices. The 2015 winners for the Barangay Best Sanitation Practices (BBSP) were Barangay Mainit in Boac, Marinduque and Barangay Masaguisi in Bongabong, Oriental Mindoro. For 2016, the winners were Barangay Bunsora, Ferrol, Romblon and Barangay Ipil in Bongabong, Oriental Mindoro which received a prize of PHP150,000; Barangay Agnocnoc, Ferrol, Romblon and Barangays Sagana in Bongabong, Oriental Mindoro received PHP50,000 during the Red Orchid Awards and Barangay with Best Sanitation Practices at Luxent Hotel, Quezon City on Thursday (May 25, 2017).
