House Speaker Pantaleon Alvarez presided the Congressional hearing on Resorts World Manila incident following the attack last Friday midnight. The gunman, later identified as Jessie Javier Carlos, committed suicide after torching gaming tables and fired indiscriminately. A total of 38 persons were killed including the gunman and wounded 78. The hearing was held at the Dignitaries Lounge of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3, in Pasay City on Tuesday (June 6, 2017). (PNA photo by Avito C. Dalan)
