Escaped inmate from Marawi City surrenders

Escaped inmate Regine Permundo mingled with the evacuees staying at the Lanao del Sur Provincial Capitol before she turned herself in to the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) on Thursday (June 8, 2017).
