CATS & DOGS NEUTERING AND SPAYING

PET NEUTERING, SPAYING. The Department of Health-Calabarzon, in partnership with the Cavite provincial and city veterinarian offices, conducts free spaying and neutering of cats and dogs in Barangay San Francisco, General Trias City on Friday (Apr. 5, 2019). Spaying refers to the removal of the reproductive organs of female dogs and cats, while the neutering is the removal of the testicles in dogs and cats. (PNA photo by Ben Briones)
