WORLD IMMUNIZATION WEEK. Department of Health (DOH) Secretary Francisco Duque III administers a vaccine to a child at the launching of World Immunization Week (WIW) by the DOH-Calabarzon (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Quezon), held at SM City Masinag in Antipolo City, Rizal on Thursday (April 28, 2022).  The launching promotes immunization for the protection of children aged 5 years old and below. under for their routine Immunization; for school-age children against measles, rubella, tetanus-diphtheria (MRTd CBI/SBI); female adolescents (9-12 years old) for HPV; pregnant women for tetanus toxoid; and senior citizens for flu and pneumonia. (PNA photo by Joey O.
