Christmas spirit

CHRISTMAS SPIRIT. Handcrafted Christmas lanterns (parol) and paintings made by persons deprived of liberty (PDLs) are on display at the visiting area of the San Juan City Jail on Thursday (Sept. 29, 2022). Jail authorities have been supporting PDLs in their facilities to have a brighter Christmas by earning income through making Christmas decorations and artworks this Holiday season.
