GRAND WINNER. Filipino journalist, TV presenter and reporter Alfonso Tomas Araullo or better known as Atom Araullo wins the first prize for his essay titled "Letter from Tawi-Tawi" during the Carlos Palanca Memorial Awards for Literature at the Marquis Events Place in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City on Wednesday night (Nov. 30, 2022).
