BETTER SERVICE. The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) holds the groundbreaking of its annex building in Barangay Ugong, Pasig City on Tuesday (July 16, 2024), with Defense Secretary Gilberto Teodoro Jr., agency Chair Romando Artes and Senator Sonny Angara (4th to 6th from left).
