TESDA GRADUATION. A total of 5,249 scholars finish the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority - Special Training for Employment Program at Star Arena in Baliwag City, Bulacan on Friday (Aug. 2, 2024), with special guest Senator Joel Villanueva (center).
