SAN JOSE De BUENAVISTA, Antique, Aug. 11-- Antique Governor Rhodora J. Cadiao informed needy Antiquenos to avail the  Philippine Health (Philhealth) Insurance Corporation point of service program which has been allocated by the provincial government with PHP2 million for this year.

Cadiao said there are still many Antiquenos not knowledgeable of the program that is why they are apprehensive of seeking medical treatment.

The governor said the PHP2 million has been allocated by the province before Pres. Rodrigo Roa Duterte, in his state of the nation (SONA) address, assured the sick people of the government support.

“Don’t worry of going to the hospital,”Cadiao said in her media interview on Friday.

Junie Sabusab, who heads the PhilHealth in the province, in an interview also informed Antiquenos about the point of service which is aimed to provide universal health coverage for every Filipino.  (PNA)
