14 drug suspects arrested in Pampanga, Olongapo

CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga -- Fourteen drug personalities, including a barangay official were arrested in separate anti-illegal drugs operations in Pampanga and Olongapo City on Sunday.

In a report submitted to the Police Regional Office-3 (PRO-3), those arrested in Pampanga were identified as Noli Allen Laxamana, 39, a barangay kagawad of Balitucan, Magalang; Raden Andong of Barangay Atlu-bola, Mabalacat City; Erwin Navarro, 31, of Barangay Mabiga, Mabalacat City; Joseph Bernardo, of Barangay Panda, Angeles City; Andrew Bartolome of Barangay Balibago, Angeles City; Nelson Quiamson, Lucindo Halili, Elmer Tizon, Roy Licaycay, Niño Blas, Raul Alegaga, and Arturo Manaloto, all residents of Barangay Dau, Mabalacat City, Pampanga.

Confiscated from the possession of the suspects were a total of 14 heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu with street value of PHP15,000, the marked money and other drugs paraphernalia.

Meanwhile, those nabbed in Olongapo City were Alfredo Abad Jr. and Michael Santos . Seized from them were a total of 15 heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu and marked money.

PRO3 Regional Director, Chief Supt, Amador V. Corpus, said the entire Central Luzon police force is continuously on alert to eradicate all forms of illegal drugs in line with “Double Barrel Reloaded”. (PNA)
