ROSARIO, Cavite -- Eight academic programs of the Cavite State University (CvSU)-Rosario campus passed the evaluation made by the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP).

Professor Nora Dulce, CvSU-Rosario campus coordinator of Quality Assurance and Accreditation, told PNA on Wednesday that the university adheres to collegiate education standards and pursue education excellence.

“Kapag level three or level four ka, mas mataas ang puntos mo sa promotion sa trabaho, saka nagpaplano ang university na i-submit ang institution for ISO certification o yung international standards,” Dulce said.

Dulce said the university exerted extra efforts to surpass the 10 areas included in each program during the AACCUP survey which started Oct. 3 to 5, 2017.

“Bago tayo mag-conduct ng actual survey visit ng AACCUP, meron tayong preliminary assessments ng mga documents yung IAB or internal assessment board natin sa efforts ng mga accreditors from our main campus. Bukod dun nagkaroon din tayo ng mock survey in preparation for this evaluation before the celebration of foundation day,” she said.

The university professor said the official communication to the CvSU president Dr. Hernando Robles from Dr. Manuel T. Corpus, AACCUP Executive Director was on the findings and the suggestions of the assessing body.
