Some 100 newly-elected Barangay and SK officials of Sibalom, Antique take their oath of office before Antique Governor Rhodora Cadiao, Monday, June 11.

SAN JOSE De BUENAVISTA, Antique – Governor Rhodora Cadiao administered the mass oath-taking of the newly-elected Barangay (village) and Sangguniang Kabataan (youth council) officials of Sibalom town at the Binirayan Gymnasium here on Monday.

In her message prior to the oath-taking, Cadiao urged the newly elected village officials to serve their constituents with dedication so they could be instruments of change.

The mass oath-taking was participated in by around 180 barangay and SK officials.

“I urge you to bear in mind what our President Rodrigo Roa Duterte to serve with dedication," the governor said.

The governor also assured the newly-elected officials of help for them to deliver the needed services and projects to their constituents.

Vice Governor Edgar Denosta and Board Member Fernando challenged them to help bring development to their respective barangays and municipalities. (PNA)
